摘要
应用效用函数理论分析了常用TOPSIS函数,从无差异曲线和边际替换率角度获得无差异曲面为平面族和超球面族两种基本TOPSIS价值函数,基于"差异驱动"原理建立了两类四种评价模型,提出了基于加速遗传算法的优化求解客观权重方法,并将其应用于丰满水库防洪调度决策中,在验证方法有效性的同时比较了不同偏好TOPSIS函数和不同权重确定方法对TOPSIS法的影响。结果表明,该方法更能体现经典的理想点法思想,TOPSIS函数在评价时对评价结果影响明显,但权重对评价结果的影响较大。
In this paper, from the point of indifference curve theory and marginal substitution ratio, we use the utility function theory to get two-types basic TOPSIS value functions. Then, based on the diversity-driven principle, we estab lish four kinds of evaluation model in two types. In order to obtain objective weights, accelerating genetic algorithm is used to solve the models. Finally, in order to verify the validity of the method and discuss the impact of different prefer ences TOPSlS functions and different weights determination methods on the TOPSIS method, we apply the models to flood control of Fengman Reservoir. The results show that the proposed method can reflect classical TOPSIS idea better and the impact of TOPSIS evaluation function is not obvious on the determination results, but the weight has greater im- pact on them.
