摘要
目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年2月至2011年1月的溃疡性结肠炎患者60例,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组单纯用美沙拉嗪,观察组服用美沙拉嗪联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊。对比分析两组的总体有效率以及肠镜的检查结果。结果经过治疗后,观察组的总有效率为90%,高于对照组有效率73.3%;通过结肠镜显示观察组有效率为93.3%,高于对照组66.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎比单纯使用美沙拉嗪效果好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Mesalazine combined with Compound glutamine enteric capsules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 patients were selected in Febru- ary 2009 to January 2011 who were divided randomly into observation groupand control group（30 cases each）. The control group was treated with only Mesalazine and the observation group was treated with Mesalazine com- bined with Compound glutamine enteric capsules. The clinical effect and the Colonoscopy of these two groups was evaluated. Results After the treatment, the clinical effectiveness of observation group was 90%, much higher than the clinical effectiveness of the control group which was 73.3%. And the clinical effectiveness of Colonoscopy, the observation group（93.3% ） was much higher than the control group（ 66.6% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was statistics significant difference respectively （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The method of using Mesala- zine combined with Compound glutamine enteric capsules treatment of ulcerative colitis is much more superior to traditional methods and it is worthy of clinical application.
