摘要
建立和健全海南国际旅游岛生态环境补偿机制,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观的重大战略举措,具有特别重要的意义。建设国际旅游岛,可以通过完善公众参与、生态补偿形式多样化、生态补偿机制全面化等来完善海南的生态补偿制度。
To establish and improve the compensation mechanism of the ecological environment in Hainan Island is the major strategic initiatives to comprehensively implement the scientific development concept.And it has a special significance.To build an interna- tional tourism island,we can improve the overall ecological compensation system in Hainan by enhancing public participation,ecological compensation forms and ecological compensation mechanism.
