股疝与腹股沟疝的CT鉴别诊断 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨股疝与腹股沟疝的CT鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术证实的15例股疝与20例腹股沟疝的CT平扫及多平面重组图像。结果 15例股疝中所有病例疝颈均位于腹股沟韧带后,患侧影像股三角填塞;13例伴股静脉受压;14例疝囊局限于耻骨结节外侧。20例腹股沟疝中所有病例疝颈位于腹股沟韧带前,患侧影像股三角未填塞;2例伴股静脉受压;18例疝囊伸展至耻骨结节内侧。股疝与腹股沟疝的CT征像有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论 CT有利于鉴别股疝与腹股沟疝。
