摘要
冷弯机组中液压剪受力情况复杂,借助大型有限元结构分析软件MSC.MARC,利用有限元分析的手段,对其进行了静态弹性力学结构分析,得出了变形情况与应力分布等详细、直观的分析结果,对机架结构的优化设计具有指导作用,弥补了常用材料力学简化模型分析的不足。
Hydraulic sheafs stand is complicated in shear forces in cold rolling forming. With the aid of MSC. MARC, the static elastic structure analysis of a hydraulic shear stand is provided, the detailed and intuitive results of the deformation and stress distribution of the stand upon the given load are obtained, which can be used to optimize the structure for guidance and cover the shortage of simplified model analysis.
