摘要
目的:探讨幼儿怀抱式胸部前后位摄影方法的临床应用价值。方法:随机抽取采用怀抱式胸部前后位摄影方法及传统仰卧位拍摄的各100例幼儿胸部X线片进行对比。均采用同等曝光参数,对照分析2组影像质量。结果:采用幼儿怀抱式胸部前后位摄影方法(以下简称新方法)甲级片87例,乙级片11例,丙级片2例。采用传统的仰卧位胸部摄影方法甲级片29例,乙级片61例,丙级片10例,采用新方法组患儿配合率为95%,采用传统方法组患儿配合率为23%。结论:对于幼儿的胸部X线摄影,怀抱式胸部前后位摄影方法较传统方法影像质量更高,患儿更易接受,摄影操作更具人性化。
Objective To investigate into the clinical application value of infant-embracing chest anteroposterior position photographic method （be called ＂new method＂ in the following）. Methods One hundred infant chest X-ray film samples were randomly drawn from those who photographed by the new method or traditional supine position photographic method, respectively. These two methods were compared by using the same exposure parameters to analyze the image quality. Among the results of new method, 87 film samples got A, 11 film samples got B, 2 film samples got C, gaining 95% cooperative rate from the infant patient. The results of traditional supine position photographic method were as follow： 29 A film samples, 61 B film samples, 10 C film samples, gaining 23% cooperative rate from the infant patient. Comparing with the traditional supine position photographic method, the new method attains a higher quality image and a higher cooperative rate from the infant patient. It features the humanity of the photography operation.
