摘要
目的观察坦索罗辛在留置双J管患者术后护理中的应用价值。方法 70例留置双J管病人随机分为两组,对照组包括35名患者,接受常规的护理,实验组包括35名患者接受坦索罗辛治疗(0.2 mg qd,持续5周)及常规护理。全部病人随访5周,均完成治疗,采用USSQ问卷对两组病人进行调查。结果对照组USSQ平均评分高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组疼痛症状评分高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而实验组一般身体状况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论留置双J管严重影响患者生活质量,坦索罗辛可在常规护理的基础上进一步改善输尿管相关症状。
Objective To evaluate the effect of tamsulosin in improving symptoms in patients with indwelling double-J ureteral stents.Methods 70 patients with indwelling double-J ureteral stents were prospectively randomized（random numbers table） into two groups.Control group consisted of 35 patients who received routine nursing,while experimental group included 35 patients who received 0.2 mg of tamsulosin（once daily for 5 weeks） and routine nursing,for the same period.All patients completed a validated Ureteral Stent Symptom Questionnaire（USSQ） 5 weeks after stent placement.Results The mean urinary symptom index score was 23.1 in control group and 16.6 in experimental group（P0.05）.The mean pain index score was 17.4 in control group and 10.6 in experimental group（P0.05）.The mean general health index score was statistically greater（P0.05） in control group compared with that in experimental group（12.2 versus 8,respectively）.Conclusion Indwelling ureteral stents have a significant impact on health related quality of life.Tamsulosin improves a subset of stent-related urinary symptoms.
