初治肺结核患者强化治疗前后检测IL-2、SIL-2R及IL-4的临床意义 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨细胞因子IL-2、SIL-2R及IL-4检测在初治肺结核患者强化治疗后的临床意义。方法选择涂阳初治肺结核病患者40例(结核组)及正常健康对照组30例。分别空腹抽取静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定IL-2、SIL-2R及IL-4。结果结核组治疗前3种细胞因子IL-2、SIL-2R及IL-4较对照组和结核组治疗2个月后的值差异均有显著性。40例结核涂阳患者,治疗2个月后31例转阴,痰菌转阴率77.5%。结论检测细胞因子IL-2、SIL-2R及IL-4,对于结核患者免疫状况、治疗方案有效与否及病情变化的判断有一定作用。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of cytokines IL-2,SIL-2R and IL-4 in the early detection of pulmonary tuberculosis patients after intensive therapy.Method Choose in the early detection 40 TB patients(TB group) with smear-positive,And normal healthy 30 cases(controls group).Fasting venous blood,respectively,By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) determination of IL-2,SIL-2R and IL-4.Result There were significant differences for the values of three cytokines IL-2,SIL-2R and IL-4 in TB group before treatment than the control group and after 2 months of treatment in the TB group.For 40 cases of smear-positive tuberculosis patients,2 months after treatment 31 cases were negative,sputum negative conversion rate was 77.5%.Conclusion Detection of cytokines IL-2,SIL-2R and IL-4,has a role for Judgment the immune status for TB patients,effect of treatment programs and changes in condition.
