锯切参数对圆锯片动态稳定性的影响及优化 被引量:6

摘要 利用有限元法和正交试验法相结合研究圆锯片在夹紧比、回转速度、锯片的厚度不同水平下的固有频率和应力状态,以此来研究锯片的动态稳定性.结果表明夹紧比增加可以提高锯片的固有频率,降低锯片的径向最大应力和切向最大应力;锯片基体厚度的增加也可以提高锯片的固有频率,而对锯片的应力影响不大;回转速度增加对锯片的固有频率影响不大,却可以大幅度地提高径向最大应力和切向最大应力.综合切削因素得到锯片的最优锯切参数为:夹紧比0.4,回转速度228rad/s,基体厚度2.2mm,节块厚度2.8mm. The finite element method and the orthogonal test method are used to study the dynamic stability of the circular saw blades.The effects of the natural frequencies and stress state in different levels of clamping ratio,rotation speed and the thickness of the saw blade,on the dynamic stability of a circular saw blades are analyzed.The results show that increasing clamping ratio can improve the natural frequency of the saw blade,reduce the maximum radial stress and maximum tangential stress.Increasing substrate thickness of saw blades can improve the natural frequency of the saw blade,and has little influence on stress.Increasing rotation speed has little influence on the saw blades' natural frequency,but greatly improve the maximum radial stress and maximum tangential stress.The optimum sawing parameters of circular saw blades are comprehensively obtained as follows: clamping ratio 0.4,rotation speed 228 rad/s,substrate thickness 2.2 mm,section thickness 2.8 mm.
