摘要
为了探索新的测量混纺比的方法,选择微波检测法。本文讨论高聚物纤维材料在谐振腔微波场中的反应和作用。主要工作是应用具有特定工作模式的谐振腔,确定混纺纱线试样的纵向介电性质,再根据介电性质和混纺组份的关系确定混纺比。在自行设置的检测系统上进行一系列实验并获得相应的结果。
In this paper, for exploring new method to test blend ratio of blended yarns, microwave test technique was chosen as a means to investigate the role of polymer fibres in microwave fields of resonators. According to the fact that the perturbation effects of polymer fibres in longitudinal electric field of a cavity can be differentiated from each other, a cavity resonating in mode TM was designed to measure continously blend ratio of blended yarn. A special instrument was set for the test and results of the experiment was concluded.
