美伐他汀摇瓶培养基的优化初探

摘要 为了节约能源,提高美伐他汀的摇瓶单位,对美伐他汀摇瓶培养基进行优化,在实验中对培养基中的碳、氮源组分:葡萄糖、麦芽糖、豆粕、玉米浆、硫酸铵等对美伐他汀效价的影响进行分析。结果表明,当培养基的配方为葡萄糖、麦芽糖、豆粕、玉米浆、硫酸铵、甘油、聚氧化丙烯聚氧化乙烯甘油醚、饮用水适量时,发酵单位可以提高75%。通过试验数据表明,优化培养基成分可以有效提高美伐他汀单位。 In order to save energy and to increase Mevastatin shake flask fitre, here Mevastatin shake flask media is optimized. In this experiment, divide the carbon and nitrogen source groups in media into dextrose, maltose, soybean meal, corn steep liquor, andammonium sulphate, etc. The results show that, when using the media which consists of dextrose, maltose, soybean meal, corn steep liquor and ammonium sulphate, glycerol and Polyoxypropylene Oxyethylene Glycol Ether, with proper amount of drinking water, titre is increased to 75%. Data obtained from this experiment shows that Mevastatin titre can be improved efficiently by optimizing media components.
