摘要
本实验研究了商品松节油和商品苯酚合成萜烯酚树脂的反应规律,选定了较为理想的Lewis酸催化剂体系,获得了最佳工艺条件。用甲苯为溶剂,催化剂量为总原料的5%,松节油和苯酚的摩尔比控制在1:0.5~1:0.7的范围内,在25℃~40℃下进行Friedel-Craft's反应,经聚合、水解、水洗、蒸馏等工序,可得加特纳色阶为10~12的淡黄色树脂,其得率在90%以上(以总反应物料重量计),软化点达115℃以上。本研究得到的萜烯酚树脂,在橡胶、保护膜胶带等工业中可提供特有的性能,具有国外同类产品水平,并为实现萜烯酚树脂工业化生产提供了可靠依据。
Based on the study of reaction between turpentine from Pinus massoniana and phenol,an optimized catalyst system was used to obtain the best processing condition,Friedel-Craft's reaction was carried out between turpentine and phenol at molar ratio of 1 :0.5~1 :0.7 with 5% of catalyst in reactants at temperature of 25~40℃.A pale yellow resin with Gardner Color 10~12 and soft paint over 115℃ was obtained at a yeild above 90%(in the weight of the total raw materials used).
