摘要
本文阐述了广泛开展齿轮齿面粗糙度测量的必要性,以及目前对齿面粗糙度的检查和测量方法,重点介绍我校使用的测量齿面粗糙度的“新装置”的测量原理、测量方法及测量结果分析。该装置是用3201型万能渐开线检查仪与GCN-2型通用表面粗糙度检查仪相连接并改装而成,用微观误差测量头代替宏观误差测量头,它具有设备投资少,测量精度高、操作方便等优点,是目前一般工厂学校均可使用的较理想装置。
This paper deals with the necessity for carrying out the measurement of the gear tooth face roughness, introduces the present ways of checking and measuring, and also lays emphasis on recommending principles, ways of operating and measured results of a newly-set instrument used in our university. This instrument not only links up model 3201 Universal Involute-checking Instrument and model GCN-2 General Surface Roughness-checking Instrument but also refits them. It uses a micro error-gauging head instead of a macro-one. It has the advantages of easy operation, cheap investment and high precision of measurement. It may be widely used both in ordinary plants and in institutions.
