摘要
采用微量热方法,从热动力学角度,建立抗肿瘤药物与DNA作用的热动力学模型,计算系列相关的热力学函数。归纳了抗肿瘤药物与DNA的作用类型及热动力学特征,为探讨抗肿瘤药物与DNA的作用机制提供了重要信息。
Using the means of microcalorimetry, from the view of thermokinetics, we established thermokinetic model of mutual effect between antitumour drugs and DNA, calculated mutual thermodynamic function. Coeluding types of effect and specilities of thermokinetics were summerised, which provide important information for the exploration of the effect mechanism between antitumour drugs and DNA.
