摘要
科技服务业的发展对各地区经济增长与产业结构的升级起着重要的作用,是今后地区经济发展的主要推动力量。通过设定23个影响科技服务业发展的指标体系,以山东省为例,通过主成分分析法,对影响我省科技服务业发展环境的主要因素进行了分析,并对17地市的现有环境状况进行评分,得出对外开放程度、科技服务业的资金需要,包括政府的科技支出和本身筹集的资金数额以及人们对科技服务业的消费是主要影响因素,这也导致了各地市之间科技服务业发展的不平衡。
The development of technology services plays an important role for each regional to economic growth and upgrading of industrial structure. It is the main driving force of economic development in the future. The government plays an important role in policy support services and financial support for technology development. It creates the development environment to a technology services. By setting 23 of the index system of the develop- ment of technology services in Shandong by the principal component analysis, the main factors of the influence of technology services development environment in our province were analyzed. Then, we got the conclusion that the degree of opening up, scientific and technological services of the financial needs, including the government~ tech- nology spending and the amount of funds raised themselves, and the consumption of technology services are the main factors. These also led the city to unbalanced development of technology services. The Government should proceed in these areas to create a good environment for development of service industry.
