概述了我国西瓜种子生产加工技术发展面临的国际挑战、发展现状和存在的问题,对我国西瓜种子加工技术今后的发展方向提出了建议,认为提高西瓜种子生产和加工水平,实现其精细加工,才能提高我国西瓜种子质量和市场竞争力,促进西瓜种业进一步发展。
We discusses the international challenges, current status and problems of watermelon seed production and seed processing in China in this article. Some suggestions were given for the development of watermelon seed production and seed processing in China. The progress and competitiveness of watermelon produce industry and seed industry are heavily dependent on high seed quality achieved through best seed production practices and best seed processing technologies.
