黄瓜育种材料对白粉病、霜霉病的抗性评价与分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过对179份露地、大棚和温室黄瓜自交系栽培材料白粉病、霜霉病田间发生情况的调查和分析,对其白粉病、霜霉病抗性进行了评价。结果表明:不同黄瓜材料间抗病性差异明显,筛选获得高抗白粉病材料33份,其中露地栽培类型1份、大棚栽培类型11份、温室类型21份,抗性材料共40份;高抗霜霉病材料22份,其中露地栽培类型2份、大棚栽培类型5份、温室类型15份,抗性材料38份。共获得兼抗2种病害材料11份,为抗病品种的选育和推广利用提供了依据。 We evaluated the resistance of 179 cucumber breeding lines to powdery mildew and downy mildew based on the survey of the diseases in the field. Total 33 lines were highly resistant to powdery mildew, of which 1 is open field type, 11 are passive plastic greenhouse type land 21 are active greenhouse type. Total 22 lines were highly resistant to downy mildew, of which 2 are open field type, 5 are passive plastic greenhouse type, and 15 are active greenhouse type. Total 11 lines showed resistance to both powdery mildew and downy mildew. The selected resistant lines should be useful for resistance breeding and utilization.
