摘要
目的:解决准分子激光治疗仪术前PMMA校正板清晰但术后效果欠佳的问题。方法:2009年至2011年爱尔眼科医院共开展准分子激光手术2742例,由OPD引导的个体化切削术722例(1443只眼),传统手术2020例(4041只眼),其间术中曾出现一次PMMA校正板清晰但手术效果欠佳的情况,查找原因并给予解决。结果:维修后仪器恢复正常,患者术后效果明显。结论:理论结合实际,维修结合临床,确保手术安全和手术质量。
Objective： To solve the problem that the LASIK Operation system having a clear intraoperative PMMA board but Ineffective after surgery. Methods： We have carried out a total of 2742 cases of excimer laser surgery from 2009 to 2011,which included 722 cases that Guided by the OPD, and 2020 cases of conventional surgery. Only one case had the sign of having a clear intraoperative PMMA board but ineffective after surgery, For this, we found its reason and solved the problem immediately. Results： After maintenance, the instrument returned to normal. And the sufferer of operation had better quality visual effects. Conclusion： The safety and quality of the surgery can be ensured by combing theory with practice, maintenance with clinical manifestations
