摘要
通过在管理过程中对高校显微镜使用情况的分析,结合笔者的管理经验,构建出一套相对更适合应用于高校显微镜的三位一体的管理模式,让仪器管理者,教学教师,学生各司其职,有利于使仪器的分配和管理达到一个相对顺畅且有效的状态,有利于避免学科间的重复购置,提高仪器的使用率,有利于提高学生的主人翁精神和严谨细致的科研态度。
Combined with the author's experience and analysis, it is found that the trinitarian manage mode is more adaptable for mi- croscope administration in university. The instrument manager teacher and student can just do the things that is set for themselves. It is propitious to safeguard an available status on instrument management and distribution; on avoiding the repeating purchase and impro- ving the unitization ratio of the instrument and advance the student's spirit as masters of the school and the precise attitude about scien- tific research.
