摘要
首先分析了工科院校发展必须面向产业现代化的原因;然后讨论了工科院校应采取"科研、学科和专业一体化"的发展模式面向产业现代化;最后探讨了"以人为本"的培养模式改革措施。该文为我国工科院校面向产业现代化如何改革发展模式和人才培养模式提供了一定的参考与借鉴。
Firstly the reason why the development of the engineering university should be geared to the industry modernization is ana- lyzed. Then the integrations of scientific research, subjects and specialties are proposed. The mode of talent training is discussed based on the people-based concept lastly. This paper provides some references for talent training and development mode.
