摘要
虚拟仪器技术在工程结构测试中的应用越来越广泛,结合预应力混凝土结构性能研究平台,以LabVIEW为平台设计了载荷、挠度、钢筋应变、混凝土应变的实时测试系统,并阐述了基于虚拟仪器的测试系统的硬件组成、数据采集和程序框图设计。基于该测试系统,对超高性能混凝土———混凝土界面性能、超高强预应力混凝土结构性能进行了测试。结果表明,基于LabVIEW编程的虚拟仪器测试表现出精度高、性价比高、界面友好、智能化的优势,特别是能够实时观测,避免了传统测试方法中的数据后处理,是混凝土结构试验的理想选择。
Virtual Instrument(VI) has been extensively used in the field of engineering structure signal measurement.With the research program of prestressing concrete structural performances,the real time measurement system of load,deflection,reinforcement steel strain,concrete strain,etc,are designed based on LabVIEW platform.Hardware compositions,data collection and program chart design of the measurement system based on virtual instrument are illustrated in this paper.Using this measurement system,the interface behaviors of ultra high performance concrete and concrete and the structural behaviors of ultra high strength prestressing concrete structure are measured.The measurement results show that VI measurement based on LabVIEW exhibits high accuracy,high cost performance,user-friendly,intelligently.
