消化道肿瘤切除术后患者营养风险评估及血浆ghrelin水平检测的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的评估消化道肿瘤切除术后患者的营养风险及其影响因素,并探讨血浆ghrelin的变化及其临床意义。方法采用营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)评估133例消化道肿瘤切除术后患者的营养风险,检测97例患者和25名正常对照者的血浆ghrelin水平,并与临床特征进行关联分析。结果 133例消化道肿瘤切除术后患者中食道癌术后25例,胃癌术后76例,结肠癌术后17例,直肠癌术后15例,营养风险发生率为80.45%。营养风险与年龄、手术部位、手术方式、伴随疾病、合并用药、BMI、血红蛋白、白蛋白等因素有关(P<0.05),与性别、病程、吸烟、饮酒等因素无关。消化道肿瘤切除术后患者ghrelin水平明显低于正常对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。存在营养风险组ghrelin水平低于无营养风险组(P<0.05)。结论 NRS2002有助于发现消化道肿瘤切除术后患者的营养风险。血浆ghrelin水平有助于评估消化道肿瘤切除术后患者营养状况。
