乳腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 恶性纤维组织细胞瘤是一种起源于中胚层、侵袭性很强的软组织肉瘤,好发于成人四肢、手足末端、腹膜后,原发于乳房者罕见,笔者科室近日收治1例乳腺MFH患者。本例患者因"发现左乳无痛性肿块"行"左乳肿块切除术"确诊为"乳腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤",术后予"异环磷酰胺+顺铂+表柔比星"化疗1周期,病情无明显缓解,1个月后死亡。乳腺MFH发病率极低,术前诊断较困难,其生长迅速、侵袭性强、恶性程度高,容易局部复发和转移,预后较差。目前尚缺乏公认一致的治疗方法,可在广泛切除病灶基础上联合放化疗,但仍存争议。更为有效的治疗方法诸如靶向治疗等,需有待于进一步研究和探索。
