摘要
看病难主要难在"到大医院看病难、挂专家号难、在大医院住院难"等方面。是政府投入相对不足、医疗资源分布不均、优质医疗资源不足、医疗服务量持续增长等多种因素共同导致的。需要采取引导医疗资源合理分布、提高基层医疗机构服务能力、提高公立医院运行绩效、完善医务人员激励分配机制、改革医疗保险付费方式等积极有效措施,以缓解看病难问题。
Since Reform and Opening-up the medical and health area in our country have had remarkable achievements.During recent period the principal contradiction we confront with is still the one between supply ability and needs of medical service.And the public feel unsatisfied when have difficulties in getting medical treatment,registering experts and hospitalizing.More factors result in the difficulty of getting medical service,including insufficient government investment,uneven distribution of medical resources,insufficient high-quality medical resources and continual growing of medical service,etc.We should take effective measures to improve patients＇ experience of getting medical treatment and resolve the problem of difficulty in getting medical service.
