摘要
本文采用N2OC2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了钕铁硼中铝含量,测定范围005%~10%。以吸光度值为指标,确定了仪器的最佳工作条件,考察了基体元素、共存元素及酸介质对测定的影响,加入乙酸可提高测定灵敏度,该方法灵敏度为00031A(μgmL),当铝量为0088%时,相对标准偏差为18%。该方法可准确测定钕铁硼中铝含量。
Aluminium containing 0.05%~1.0wt% in NdFeB alloy has been determined by N 2O C 2H 2 flame atomic absorption spectrometric method.The optimum experimental conditions are established.Interference of matrix,coexistence elements and acids is studied.The sensitivity is increased by adding acetic acid.The sensitivity is 0 0031A/μg.mL -1 .The RSD is 1.8% when aluminium content is 0.088%.
