摘要
目的了解农村老年人的慢性病患病情况及其医疗卫生保障状况,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据和线索。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,使用自行设计的调查问卷,对济宁市575位65岁及以上农村老年人进行一对一询问式问卷调查。结果农村老年人慢性疾病患病率为72.35%,其中循环系统疾病患病率最高为38.61%。高血压患病率位于首位(26.26%),其次为关节炎(20.17%)、胃溃疡(14.26%)。有31.30%的农村老年人没有任何医疗保障,参加医疗保险者占9.22%,参加合作医疗者占54.56%。有5.04%的农村老年人表示目前就医不方便,23.48%表示一般,71.48%表示比较方便。87.82%的老年人表示对老年保健知识根本不了解或了解较少;42.26%的农村老年人希望获得老年保健知识;在希望获取健康知识的途径中排在首位的为医务人员。结论农村老年人的慢性疾病患病率高,且就医状况不容乐观,提示应加强农村医疗卫生制度改革,提高农村老年人的就医状况,加强相关健康和保健知识的宣传教育,预防和减少慢性病的发病率,提高农村老年人生存质量。
Objective To survey the prevalence of chronic illnesses and the medical conditions of the rural aged people in Jining city. Methods With stratified random sampling,575 rural elderly people （aged 65 or over）were surveyed face to face by a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total prevalence of chronic diseases of the rural elderly was 72.35% and circulatory system diseases accounted for 38.61%.The prevalence of hypertension rank the first （26.26%）,followed by arthritis （20.17%）,gastric ulcer （14.26%）. 31.30% of the rural elderly had no health insurance,9.22% of them had medical insurance, and 54.56% of them participated in cooperative medical care. 5.04% of the surveyed said that the medical treatment was not convenient,23.48% said that it was not good,and 71.48% said that it was convenient. 87.82% of the elderly didn＇t understand the knowledge of elderly care at all or knew a little; 42.26% of them wanted to get health knowledge,preferably from medical staffs. Conclusion The rural health system reform should be sped up and the medical status of the rural elderly people should be improved. And the knowledge of the health promotion and health education should also be enhanced to prevent and reduce the incidence of chronic diseases.
