摘要
目的探索将层次分析法运用于中医病因学研究,并以冠心病为研究载体,构建冠心病中医病因层次分析模型。方法通过文献分析、专家论证及临床调查,全面总结冠心病的中医致病因素,初步构建冠心病中医病因层次分析模型。结果模型分为目标层、准则层及因素层3个层次,目标层即为掌握冠心病的中医致病因素,确定各种因素的重要性排序;准则层及因素层包括自然因素(气候、地域)、生活因素(饮食、劳逸、吸烟、饮酒)、情志因素(生存、工作、人际、家庭)、体质因素(体弱、多病、肥胖)及其他因素(年龄、性别、家族史)。结论中医病因学属于综合性的多因素复杂体系,运用层次分析法进行冠心病中医病因学研究是可行的,但尚需进一步对模型内容及方法学进行论证与完善。
Objective To research, and establish carrier. Methods TCM explore the application of analytical hierarchy process （AHP） in TCM etiology an AHP model of TCM etiology of coronary heart disease （CHD） taken CHD as a pathogenic factors of CHD were summed up and an AHP model of TCM etiology of CHD was established initially through literature analysis, expert demonstration and clinical investigation. Results The model was divided into three levels including objective level, criterion level and factor level. The objective level was for mastering TCM etiology of CHD and determine the importance ranking of different factors, and criterion level and factor level included natural factors （climate and regions）, living factors （diet, work and rest, smoking and relationship and family） , physical factors （ family history）. Conclusion TCM etiology drinking ）, emotional factors （survive, work, interpersonal weak, sickly and obesity） and other factors （ age, gender and is a complicated and multi-factor system. The research on TCM etiology of CHD by using analytical hierarchy process is available, but further argument and perfection are needed for model content and methodology.
