摘要
本文研究了具有 7 5nm孔隙的多孔二氧化硅玻璃的介电函数与孔隙度的关系 ,通过实验检验 ,选出了公式lnεe=θ1lnε1+θ2 lnε2 (其中θ1,θ2 分别为两组分的孔隙度 )能较好描述其介电性质 ,对光谱选择性材料的设计具有参考价值。
In this paper,we discussed the effective dielectric function of porous SiO 2 glass with pore size 7 5 nm.We briefly discussed different formulae proposed by different theoretical models of porous systems,and compared the relationship of effective dielectric functions changing with different porosity of porous SiO 2 of each formula.Through comparing the experimental spectra and the theoretical spectra of each formula,we found the equation lnε e =θ 1 ln ε 1+θ 2+θ 2 ln ε 2 best indicates the effective dielectric function of porous SiO 2.This work is helpful in selecting special absorption materials.
