对成人退变性脊柱畸形矢状面畸形的认识与处理 被引量：2

摘要 成人退变性脊柱畸形是指成年人因脊柱退行性改变而逐渐出现的脊柱侧凸或后凸畸形。越来越多的研究表明，在成人退变性脊柱畸形中，其矢状面畸形是导致患者出现疼痛、功能受限及自我形象和心理障碍的主要因素，也是评估和预测术前、术后临床症状及疗效的最重要指标之一。因此，如何正确认识和处理脊柱矢状面畸形，是治疗成人退变性脊柱畸形的重要环节。
