摘要
研究了稀土 Eu离子激发的 Sr O·x Al2 O3体系的发光性质 ,发现 ,随着 x的增大 ,Eu离子的激发光谱主峰向长波方向移动 ,而发射光谱主峰向短波方向移动。根据 Eu2 +,Eu3+离子的特征光谱分析 ,发现 ,在Sr O· x Al2 O3:Eu体系中 ,当 x<1 .5时 ,主要是 Eu3+离子的 4f- 4 f跃迁发光 ,发红色光 ;当 x>1 .5时 ,主要是 Eu2 +离子 5 d- 4 f跃迁发光 ,发绿色或蓝色光。
Luminescent properties of SrO· x Al 2O 3 system doped with europium ions were studied.It was found that the peak of excitation spectra of Eu moved toward wavelength direction,and the one of emission spectra toward the short wavelength area with x yield increased.According to characteristic spectra Eu 2+ ,Eu 3+ ,it was showed that in the system of SrO· x Al 2O 3:Eu 4 f -4 f electric transfer luminescence of Eu 3+ is main and emitting red light when x <1.5;however,5 d -4 f transfer luminescence will be main and emitting blue or green light when x >1.5.
