摘要
主要介绍了利用MSCOmm控件实现WinCC的串口通信,通过在WinCC的图形编辑器中直接加入ActiveX控件MSComm,实现对过程数据在WinCC中的存取、归档输出以及报警等组态工作,解决了具有串行通信接口智能仪表与运行WinCC组态软件的上位机直接通信的问题。较为详细地介绍了MSComm控件的主要属性,并对程序进行了调试。在项目中的使用已经证明,这个方法操作简单、运行稳定,弥补WinCC没有提供串口通讯通道驱动的这一缺陷,同时增加了WinCC的使用灵活性,大大提高了组态效率。
This paper mainly introduces the achievement of WinCC serial communication by using the MsComm control.Through adding the ActiveX contrlo-MsComm into the WinCC graphical editor,it may extracte and accesse process data and complete archivement output and alarm and so on in WinCC.This paper resolves the serial communication technology between the intelligent instrument and WinCC.At the same time,a more detailed description of the main attributes on MsComm is introduced and the program is debugged.The application in this project has proven that this method is simple and stable,made up the WinCC does not provide drivers for serial communication channel.
