A STUDY OF ^(125)I-BNP DYNAMICS

摘要 本文应用^(125)Ⅰ-脑钠素给大鼠静脉注射,研究了它的血液动力学和组织分布,结果证明^(125)Ⅰ-脑钠素的分布相半减期为3.33±0.73(分),消除相半减期为232.80±22.30(分)。在注射后3分钟主要分布在肺、肾、主动脉和肾上腺等组织。 The dynamics and distribution of 125I-labelled Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) were investigated.Our data indicate that the half time of the distribution phase of 125I-BNP in plasma is 3.33 ± 0.73minutes and that of the clearance phase from plasma is 232.8±22.3 minutes.The 125I-BNP content in various tissues were in the following order (from high to low): (1) 3 min after injection: Lung, kidney, adrenal gland, liver, ovary, spleen, atrium and aorta; (2) 100min after injection: Kidney, lung, adrenal gland, liver, ovary, spleen, atrium and aorta. Our datashowed that intravenously injected 125I-BNP was hardly transported into the brain.
