焦化柴油非加氢精制改质的研究 被引量:8

摘要 热加工所得的焦化柴油安定性很差,通常采用加氢方法对其进行精制。但加氢装置投资大、操作费用高,且需有足够的氢源。采用物理抽提与化学反应相结合即糠醛溶剂加助剂抽提的方法对焦化柴油进行精制。实验考察了络合比、剂油比、精制温度、精制时间及沉降时间等精制条件对焦化柴油精制效果的影响,分别得出了焦化柴油安定性指标符合合格品及一级品要求的精制条件,并在连续装置上进行了验证。同时对焦化柴油安定性的影响因素进行了实验考察,实验结果表明:影响焦化柴油安定性的主要因素是氮化物,尤其是碱性氮化物,烯烃的影响很小。该方法工艺流程简单、技术上可行、经济效益和社会效益高,有很好的工业化前景。 In this paper, coker diesel is refined by a method of combining physical extraction and chemical reaction, that is, by extraction of furfural solvent added assistants. The influences of different conditions such as complex ratio, solvent/oil ratio, refining temperature and settling time on the refining results are examined. The effects of different factors on the stability of coker diesel are also discussed and verified with continuous equipment. The results show that, first, the quantity of assistants used is the most influential factor on the refining results, the next influential factor is solvent/oil ratio, while refining temperature, time and settling time have little influence. Under suitable refining conditions, the stability of coker diesel can meet the quality standard of acceptable or first-rate products. Second, the main factor that affacts the stability of coker diesel is nitrides, especially basic nitrides, the influence of olefins is very weak. The refining method is simple, feasible in technology and profitable in economic. So it has great prospect for industrialization.
