摘要
供应碘盐前后六年甲状腺机能亢进病人在桃源县人民医院住院治疗的情况表明,供碘盐初期的1981年住院治疗率突增到2.47/10万,以后的各年也高于供碘盐前。碘盐对甲亢病人有付作用存在。碘致甲亢也有可能。有必要考虑不同病区的不同碘盐浓度,尤其要考虑在一个县范围内实行病区供碘盐,非病区不供碘盐的措施。以最大限度地减少碘盐付作用的发生。
It-reports the investigation on treatment for hyperthyroids cured in the People′sHospital of Taoyuan County after supplying one-fourth million iodinated salt.Theresult tells us that many hyperthyroids were in the hospital after supplying iodi-nated salt in the first year 1981.Since than there have been a few more patientseach year than those before supplying iodinated salt.What above shows is clear thatiodine may be initiate into hyperthyroidism.
