摘要
本文测定结果发现潜在型克山病人血清中游离脂肪酸含量显著高于病区正常人,说明潜在型克山病人脂肪酸代谢可能发生改变。
This paper reports that the contents of free fatty acid in serum of patients withlatent keshan disease are higher than that of healthy persons in the endemicarea of Keshan disease,which shows that metabolism of fatty acid in patientswith latent Keshan disease may be disordered.The result stated in this paper is the same with the outcome obtained afterthe scientific investigation in Chu-Xiong,Yunan provice.The contents of freefatty acid in serum of patients with chronic Keshan disease have no obviousdifference with that of healthy,persons.Chronic patients are different from (?)atentpatients because the disorder of metabolism of patients with chronic,Keshandisease may be compensated in the process of long-time disease.
