情景模式下护士进行心肺复苏培训的探讨 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨情景模式下护士进行心肺复苏培训的效果。方法设计模拟急救的程序，具体方法为：（1）设计不同场景下的模拟患者；（2）科学编写心肺复苏医护配合抢救程序，制定三套配合抢救方案，进行临床心肺复苏的模拟演习。结果全院126名急诊护士均参加考核，最高97分，最低76分，平均92．5分，以85分为合格线，合格率达95％。结论情景模式模拟急救配合的培训，使急救程序更趋于科学性、合理性，规范性，从而提高急救的成功率，有待进一步研究。
