摘要
陕西省渭河流域,特别是下游频发的洪水,严重影响了陕西省社会经济的发展.文章结合该流域的洪灾情况,从地理学角度探讨了渭河流域下游洪水灾害的形成机理.结果表明:造成洪水频发,既有自然原因,如降水年内分配集中、径流含沙量高,又有人为因素,如三门峡水库的修筑和防洪体系脆弱.
The frequent flood in the Weihe River Basin, especially in the downstream area, has influenced seriously the social and economic development of Shaanxi Province. In the paper, the happening mechanism on the flood is discussed through the flood situation of that basin. The results show that the reasons include two aspects ： the natural causes and anthropegenic factors, such as the centrality of the precipitation, the runoff including lots of sediment, the building of the Sanmenxia Reservoir and the weak flood - resisting projects.
