缓释技术合成纳米氧化亚铜及光催化性能研究

摘要 以硝酸铜为原料,乙二胺和氢氧化钠为络合剂,葡萄糖为还原剂,通过缓慢释放还原法制备纳米氧化亚铜。用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品组织结构进行表征。以亚甲基蓝的光催化降解为探针反应,评价纳米氧化亚铜的可见光催化活性。结果表明,在硝酸铜浓度为0.35 mol/L、硝酸铜与葡萄糖物质的量比为1∶0.54条件下,可制得纳米氧化亚铜,平均粒径约29 nm。在纳米氧化亚铜投入量为0.4 g/L时,亚甲基蓝光催化降解率可达100%。 Nano-sized Cu2O was prepared by slow-releasing technology using Cu(NO3)2 as raw material,ethylenediamine and NaOH as complexants,and glucose as reducing agent.Sample was characterized by means of XRD and SEM.Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue in aqueous solution was used as a probe reaction to evaluate photocatalytic activity of nano-sized Cu2O.Results showed that the Cu2O powder with average particle size of about 29 nm could be prepared when the concentration of Cu(NO3)2 was 0.35 mol/L and amount-of-substance ratio of Cu(NO3)2 to C6H12O6 was 1∶0.54;when the addition amount of Cu2O was 0.4 g/L,photocatalytic degradation rate of methylene blue can reach to 100%.
