摘要
胃癌的术前TNM分期及预后估测具有重要临床价值。目前超声在胃癌筛查、TNM分期、可切除性预测及预后评价中的作用日益凸现。本文对超声诊断胃癌的进展进行概述。
Preoperational TNM staging and evaluating of prognostic for gastric carcinoma（GC） are of great value in clinic application.Nowadays,ultrasound plays an increasing evaluable role in GC screening and TNM staging,as well as in evaluation on resection and prognosis of GC.Ultrasonography in diagnosis of GC were reviewed in this article.
