老年转子间骨折防旋髓内固定钉与动力髋部螺钉治疗效果的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究老年转子间骨折防旋髓内钉与动力髋部螺钉的治疗效果。方法选取60岁以上股骨转子间骨折患者81例,按治疗方法不同将其分为两组。PFNA组39例,DHS组42例。记录两组切口长度、术中出血、手术时间、透视时间、住院时间及术后疗效。术后随访2~3年观察并发症情况。方法 PFNA组在手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血及住院时间方面优于DHS组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),而投射时间方面,DNA组短于PFNA组,差异具有显著统计学意义。两组术后严重并发症(髋内翻、CUT-OUT、内固定断裂)PFNA组发生率明显低于DHS组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA在治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折方面具有手术操作简单省时,术中出血较少,手术创伤较小,且材料相容性好,术后并发症小等优点,值得临床推广。 [ Objective ] To observe the treatment between PFNA and DHS in intertroehanterie fractures. [Methods] 81 intertroehanteric fracture patients grouped by the treatment methods. 39 patients were treated with PENA while 42 patients with DHS. Wound length, operation time, blood loss, X-ray exposure time, inpatient time and complications were recorded and compared in two groups. [ Results ] PFNA group's wound length, operation time, blood loss, inpatient time were much better than DHS group's, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Serious postoperative complications (Coxa Vara, CUT-OUT, fracture fixation) PFNA group was significantly lower than the DHS group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] PFNA is a better way in:the elder patients of intertrochanterie fractures treatment.
