摘要
返乡农民工作为社会经济发展的一支重要力量,其再就业问题不容忽视。加强对返乡农民工的培训,成为妥善引导和安置返乡农民工再就业、以及创业的重要途径。创业要有技能,技能必须从培训抓起,从提高劳动者自身素质做起,而为广大返乡农民工提供富有针对性的教育培训,则有赖于成人教育自身的繁荣发展和积极参与。但是具体该培训什么、怎么培训,又成为困扰大家的一个共同难题。
The problem of reemployment of home -going peasant workers, who play a vital role in social economic develop- ment, could not be neglected. The training of home - going peasant workers has become a significant way of properly guiding and set- tling them for their reemployment and carving a career. The carving of a career ought to start both from training and improving the qual- ity of home - going peasant workers thefaselves. However, the training of home - going peasant workers depends on the development and the participation of the adult education. Therefore, the problems of ＂what should be trained＂ and ＂how to train＂ have been a u- nique difficulty that confused many people.
