Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在髓鞘发育和再生过程中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 多条信号通路共同调控少突胶质细胞分化成熟而促进髓鞘发育和再生。其中,Wnt/β-cate-nin信号通路抑制少突胶质细胞的分化成熟,在髓鞘发育和损伤修复过程中发挥着负性调节作用。胞外Wnt激活及抑制信号、糖原合成酶激酶-3β的活性、β-catenin的核浆转运是Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的关键环节,通过有效调控上述环节而促进髓鞘再生是髓鞘修复领域的前沿问题。
