VEGF选择性剪切的调控及其生物学意义 被引量:1

摘要 血管生成是生物体生长发育的一种生理学过程,它可以促进机体中的血液供应量增加。它是当前癌症治疗的重要的靶向位点。血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)是对血管生成起重要调控作用的一类效应因子,对它的靶向控制可以治疗癌症等疾病。它包括2种相拮抗作用的亚类,促血管生成内皮细胞生长因子(VEGFxxx)和抗血管生成内皮细胞生长因子(VEGFxxxb)。它们的成员和临床效果正逐渐被人们研究证实,本综述论述了VEGF的2类相反功能的亚类的结构特点和生物学特性,选择性剪切的调控通路和生物学意义。
