摘要
长期以来,两岸金融发展滞后于经济发展,为了更好地促进两岸经济文化交流,两岸尝试通过构建区域性金融中心来完善金融发展。区域性金融中心的构建有自然形成、政府主导和混合形成三种模式。上海、北京无论是在金融综合竞争力还是在金融生态环境上都有基础和实力与台湾直接建立区域性金融中心,而福建等中等发展区域应通过政府的引导有效改善金融生态环境,以推动两岸区域性金融中心的建设。
Building a regional financial center has three modes,including natural form,government-led form and the mixed form.Shanghai and Beijing may take natural form to establish financial center with Taiwan as they have regional strength in terms of financial and environment competitiveness.Fujian and other medium-developed areas should take mixed form by being guided by government to improve financial environment and to promote cross-strait regional financial center building.
