摘要
目的探讨产后出血的原因及预防措施,减少产后出血的发生率。方法回顾性分析苏州大学附属第二医院80例产后出血患者的临床资料。结果产后出血的原因主要分为四大类,本研究中胎盘因素26例(32.5%);软产道裂伤12例(15%);子宫收缩乏力40例(50%);凝血功能异常2例(2.5%)。结论子宫收缩乏力是产后出血的主要原因。产后出血的治疗以综合治疗为主,及早干预,及早发现,及早处理,对预防产后出血特别重要。
Objective To investigate the causes of postpartum hemorrhage and preventive,measures to reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of our hospital 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage.Results The causes of postpartum hemorrhage is divided into four categories,placental factors in this study 26 patients（32.5%）;Soft birth canal laceration in 12 cases（15%）;Uterine atony 40 cases（50%）;Coagulation abnormalities in 2 cases（2.5%）.Conclusions Uterine atony is the main reason for postpartum hemorrhage.Postpartum hemorrhage in an integrated therapy,early intervention,early detection,early treatment is especially important for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.
