木瓜属植物果实中有效成分含量测定 被引量:6

Determination of Effective Components in Chaenomeles Fruits

摘要 对74份木瓜属种质资源果实的绿原酸、齐墩果酸、熊果酸和总黄酮等有效成分含量进行了测定,结果表明:光皮木瓜中未检测到绿原酸,齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量分别为0.106~0.108 mg/g、0.694~0.840mg/g,总黄酮含量为16.135~28.182 mg/g;日本木瓜绿原酸含量为0.117~1.694 mg/g,齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量分别为0.441~0.911 mg/g、0.366~0.487 mg/g,总黄酮含量为16.424~19.804 mg/g;皱皮木瓜绿原酸含量为0.096~2.746 mg/g,齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量分别为0.360~1.836 mg/g、0.110~1.604 mg/g,总黄酮含量为6.661~40.839 mg/g;毛叶木瓜绿原酸含量为0.297~4.017 mg/g,齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量分别为0.311~1.520 mg/g、0.031~1.345 mg/g,总黄酮含量为8.428~39.517 mg/g。 The content of chlorogenic acid,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid and total flavonoids in 74 Chaenomeles germplasm resources were determined.The results showed that the chlorogenic acid in Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin) Koehne was not detected,while the content of oleanolic acid,ursolic acid and total flavonoids were 0.106~0.108 mg/g,0.694~0.840 mg/g and 16.135~28.182 mg/g respectively.The content of chlorogenic acid,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid and total flavonoids in Chaenomeles japonica(Thunb.) Lind were 0.117~1.694 mg/g,0.441~0.911 mg/g,0.366~0.487 mg/g and 16.424~19.804 mg/g respectively,while those were 0.096~2.746 mg/g,0.360~1.836 mg/g,0.110~1.604 mg/g,6.661~40.839 mg/g in Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet) Nakai and 0.297~4.017 mg/g,0.311~1.520 mg/g,0.031~1.345 mg/g and 8.428~39.517 mg/g in Chaenomeles thayensis(Hemsl.) Schneid.
