颅脑损伤患者血浆D-二聚体的检测与分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨血浆D-二聚体水平检测在颅脑损伤诊治过程中的辅助作用。方法用日本一化D-二聚体检测试剂在日立7060全自动生化分析仪上检测血浆D-二聚体水平并进行分析。结果患者颅脑损伤当天D-二聚体含量明显升高,且与损伤程度相关;预后不同的患者D-二聚体含量也有显著性差异。结论对颅脑损伤患者进行D-二聚体含量测定可对早期、快速判断伤情及预后提供依据。
