摘要
全面评估老年人生理、心理和社会系统是老年人获得优质服务、改善生活质量、适应老年生活、保持独立自主的第一步。评估具有建立专业关系功能、收集功能、识别功能、发展功能和组织功能。文章设计了老年人服务需求评估体系,以供从事老年社会服务的人们参考。
A full assessment of the seniors＇ physiological,psychological and social system condition is the first step for the seniors＇ well service and life,as well as their adaption to the elderly life independently.Assessment has the function of establishing professional relationship,collection,identification,development and organization.This paper establishes a system of the old service needs,so as to provide the social work with elderly with well suggestions.
