摘要
在建设社会主义新农村的时代背景下,随着农业发展银行业务改革的不断深入,其职能定位也要相应调整。文章通过对农业发展银行业务改革现状的分析,从职责定位与业务定位两方面探讨了如何对其重新进行职能定位,最后提出了相应的政策建议。
In the background of building a new socialist countryside,the function orientation will be adjusted along with the deepening business reform of Agricultural Development Bank of China.On the basis of analyzing business reform situation of Agricultural Development Bank,this article discusses how to restart its function orientation in two ways of obligation orientation and business orientation.At last,this article puts forward corresponding policy suggestion.
