摘要
页岩气对保障我国天然气安全具有重要战略意义,其不仅能弥补我国未来天然气供需缺口,还可以改善我国能源供应的地理格局。文章在分析借鉴美国页岩气成功经验基础上,追踪我国页岩气发展历程与现状,最后结合该现状提出了发展我国页岩气的三项对策,即攻关关键技术、出台扶持政策和创新管理体制。
Developing shale gas is of strategic significance to China＇s natural gas security.It offers a solution for filling the gap between natural gas supply and demand and has the additional advantage of optimizing geographic distribution patterns of china＇s energy supply.On the basis of analyzing the success of shale gas development in America,this paper follows the development and current situation of shale gas in China.At last,three countermeasures on shale gas development in China are put forward,namely tackling problems in key technologies,issuing corresponding supportive policies and innovating the management system.
